We are a small independent jewellery supplier please help us by observing our returns policy below.
If you are not happy with your order or simply change your mind, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
If there are any issues that need resolving we ask that you contact us straight away so we have chance to do so.
Any sale items and intimate items such as earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Returns requests must be emailed to: email@example.com
- We do not refund any shipping fees on your order.
- All jewellery items must be unworn & in original new condition & packaging. If any item is used, damaged and not in original packaging as delivered then no refund will be issued and the item will be returned to the customer.
- You must include a copy of your original sales invoice with the return.
- Our policy lasts 14 days. You have 14 days to return your order to us. If it does not arrive within 14 days we will return it to you and not refund it.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A full refund of the item/s (excluding any delivery charges) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For any returns we would recommend using a tracking service or purchasing insurance. Any items that do not reach us are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
- We cannot take responsibility for any items that are damaged during return shipping.
- We recommend that you take out postage insurance to cover any potential losses.
- If you wish to exchange an item, for example for another size, please contact us within 14 day of receipt of item.
- You have 14 days to return the item to us. Any item that arrives after 14 days will not be exchanged.
- The item must be unworn and in original condition and in original packaging. Items that do not meet this requirement will be returned to you without exchange.
- Please include a copy of your original sales invoice with the exchange item.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, which is non refundable.
- Due to hygiene we do not accept exchanges on earrings.
- We aim to send out all exchange items within 3 business days.
- We are not responsible for any items that do not reach us.
